I’ve order several of these charms over the years. The etching of the photos are amazingly spot on.
A future recommendation might be to utilize a lobster claw clasp on your charm bracelet instead of the toggle. The latter has a tendency to disconnect, so I purchased my own bracelet and order charms separately.
Charms are well worth the price and of good quality. I give them a thumbs up.

I can only rate 1 star due to customer support and the fact I still haven’t received my order. It’s been over a month and the tracking states it went through customs and must have gotten lost. I have emailed the company 4 times, went so far as to contact usps, and the shipping company. Getname has responded by saying it’s shipped and I should wait and proceeded to give me the tracking number from usps, which I already have. The postmaster says that usps never received it. I think the translation barrier is making this process extremely difficult, and it takes a few days for them to respond to emails.
